Coming in for a landing

Taken nearly three weeks ago at a favorite bird-and-people-watching spot. It was a beautiful day, with amorous ducks being chased across my lap, bachelor geese doing their best wiseguy impressions, hordes of seagulls silhouetted against the dying embers of the sun, and button-cute kids giggling with glee. And lil'ol'me biting hiding my smile behind my camera.
