Fun with reversal rings!

On a whim, I picked up a 52mm reverse mount adapter. With lenses mounted backwards, one turn an otherwise boring lens into quite a magnifier, as this marauding snail found out:

There's no sense of scale here, but the snail's shell is the size of my pinkie nail. Those small "pebbles" on its shell are actually grains of sand.

...and it's viciously devouring a piece of Meow Mix. Whatever the alley cats leave behind, snails finish off...
