The new soundserver is getting the last of its kinks worked out. Slowly knocking out various problems uncovered by running in the same memory space as the main game loop. I need investigate a way of increasing the priority of the soundserver, both in threaded and forked modes. And on Win32 as well.

I'm getting segfaults with the ALSA driver on shutdown now. There's something fishy going on still, and I haven't been able to figure it out yet. Having to reboot(!) to get sound working again does put a bit of a cramp on my plans for world domination.

I think I'll take a look-see at the new SCI01 kernel sound stubs and see what I can do in the short run.

0.1.15 was released yesterday. And immediately someone found a typo in one of the Makefiles. It never fails. :) Also today I checked in a massive pile of __FUNCTION__ fixups and other stuff that gcc 3.2 doesn't like.

In other news

The new brake rotors & pads finally showed up today. Looks like I have a project this weekend. :) I wonder if the new brake lines will show up this month. Still need to get fluid and the necessary bleeding bits.
